As per Department requirements, Parents/Guardians must complete a return to school form before the return to school.
Parents/Guardians must also complete a return to school form if a child is absent from school or is taken from school early, prior to the child coming back into school the next day.
Please click on the link below and enter our school roll number which is 20139T and click Submit.
Then enter your own name, the name(s) of your child(ren) and the classes they are returning to and then click
Submit Declaration.
