We have been VERY busy creating our very own engineered designs to celebrate engineers week 2021
We have been using the STEAM at home menu for inspiration. We had the task of designing and making a kite that would fly. We also researched famous engineers, their creations, why they made it and what it does.
World Book day was on the 4th of March - we marked the occasion by sharing our favourite book with our pods on our Google Meet and we also made some art featuring our favourite book.
Seachtain na Gaeilge is a 2 week event - we have been doing quizzes, listening to stories, watching cúla 4 and taking part in an art competition! We learned a few different Sean fhocails (Irish proverbs/wise sayings) and we created a picture to go with our favourite one.
